My Authentic Self: A Declaration from the Heart:

“My Authentic Self”  The Authentic Self is who you are when you are in alignment with your passions, your purpose, and vision. We are all part of a Divine Plan with Soul Purpose. Your Life Path is a constant source of opportunities to heal and grow and discover more of who you are. In this program we will offer tools and processes that will assist you in revealing your Authentic Self and recognizing when you are “on your Path” or have “disconnected.” We will discuss personal mission, vision, purpose, intention, and the strong focus this creates for acceleration of your Life Path. We will offer tools and processes you can work with regarding all of these. For those who wish to explore these elements at a deeper level, “My Authentic Self: A Declaration from the Heart” is a 1 or 2-day expanded program we offer. In this program individuals are assisted in creating a Personal Declaration for themselves, which includes a statement of mission, vision, purpose, and intentions for their life.

The Visioned Relationship:

In this *2-Day program you will explore the path to intimacy in relationship using a combination of experiential and practical tools as Jay and Wendy lead you through a process they call “The Visioned Relationship.” The essence of “The Visioned Relationship” teaches individuals desiring a soul level relationship, or those in partnership seeking more depth and harmony, about “visioning” and how it can be used in an aligned meditation process to co-create an etheric model for the desired relationship. This is a powerful and dynamic relationship model that will evolve as you and your partner evolve.  (*This program is currently offered to individuals and couples.  Depending on the depth of issues covered, additional time may be needed to complete the program.)

Speakers Corner Talks:These are 2 to 3 hour programs or talks that typically include some experiential work and interactive processes. We offer these talks for the purpose of introducing Universal Spiritual Principles into our lives and exploring ways to apply them. Awareness and application of these principles assists in healing core issues and false beliefs that may be limiting you in your life. Each of the talks has a specific focus or theme, which relates to one or more of the 12 points listed on the “About Us” page (“The Foundation of our Teachings”). All of the talks serve to deepen your understanding of your Authentic Self. The programs can be customized to meet a variety of situations and presentation formats.

"Exploring the Visioned Relationship"

In this 2 to 3 hour program Jay and Wendy offer an exploration or shortened version of the processes and principles they teach in their popular 2+ day expanded program [The Visioned Relationship]. Both programs are offered to teach individuals desiring a soul level relationship, or those in partnership seeking more depth and harmony, through “visioning.” When we “vision,” we connect with and receive an expression of what is possible from our Higher Self. Visioning in partnership with our beloved, we are able to receive a joint vision for our relationship that is in complete consensus, harmony, and agreement as we discover the things we hold most dear as individuals and that we share as common values. Both programs are recommended for individuals, couples, and partnerships (business and personal).

“The Empowered Self: Taking Personal Responsibility”

Your thoughts and beliefs create your reality. Before you can change what you do not like, you must accept responsibility for your life and the choices you have made. Give up judging yourself and start empowering yourself (give up being a victim) to create the life of your dreams. In this program, individuals will learn techniques that assist them in making choices that are empowering and increase self-esteem. You will receive insight into current patterns of beliefs, behavior, and thinking, which may be self-sabotaging. Learn tools to recognize and change these patterns, replacing them with those that serve your desired results.

“That’s My Story: Healing Your Core Issues”

We all grow up being shaped by our experiences in life and what we come to believe about ourselves with respect to these experiences. Part of the discovery of Authentic Self involves healing our core issues and giving ourselves permission to “rewrite” our story reflecting the Truth of “who we are.” The experiential work and interactive processes in this program will give you tremendous insight into how the significant people and events in your life have shaped your current behavior patterns. These processes will assist you to heal your core issues, allowing you a new perspective to create a belief system (a new “story”) which is supportive of the Truth of “Who You Are.”

“You Are God’s Greatest Gift! Revealing and Expressing your gifts as your Life Path”

Explore your gifts, talents, and skills as they relate to your Soul Purpose and Life Path. Each person is a unique expression of God’s love. We all come into this world with gifts and there are many ways to express these gifts. The process of revealing and expressing your gifts is your Life Path. In this program, we will use experiential processes to assist you in discovering and connecting with the gifts you came to express.

“The Authentic Self and Right Livelihood”

Express yourself in alignment with “who you are.” In this program you will learn to separate “who you really are” from “what you do” and gain a vast new sense of personal freedom and unlimited vision of your possibilities and potential in the process. Tools and processes will assist you to open the channels for prosperity while being true to yourself and doing what you love.

“It’s All God: Wholeness Means Loving and Accepting All of Who You Are”

We live in a Universe of duality for the purpose of growth. Nothing is inherently “good” or “bad” until we decide it is “good” or “bad.” In this program, you will experience ways to free yourself from judgement and comparisons, which only serve to decrease your self-esteem. Additionally, you will gain insight through experiential processes to learn to love and accept all aspects of who you are, even those parts you do not like, and reveal the lessons contained in your heart.

“Reclaim Your Personal Power: Emotions vs. Feelings”

When the ego-mind runs your life you may experience feelings of upset, frustration, confusion, or experience ill health. Living our lives from a place of personal power means taking full responsibility for our lives. We are not victims of our circumstances. Life experience elicits emotions. Your personal power comes from the choices you make about what meaning you give to your emotions. These are what you call your “feelings.” In every moment, we have a choice about how we feel about the circumstances of our lives. In this program, you will learn to recognize when you are giving away your power and learn techniques and processes to reclaim your personal power and live with intention.

“Expanded Awareness in Multidimensional Reality: Living in the New Paradigm Energy”

In this program we will discuss what living in the new paradigm energy as a multidimensional human means. Living in multidimensional consciousness is living in an awareness of all aspects of the self in integration with the Higher Self. Learn to manage your vital life force energy through clarity of thoughts, words and actions. All healing involves understanding and removing any blocks there may be to the presence of Love in our lives. Because we are all part of the whole, as we heal these multidimensional aspects of self, we are healing the whole, including planet earth.

Private Counseling:  We all deserve happiness and a life of joy. Occasionally we are faced with challenges where we know we could benefit from someone of wise counsel who is willing to listen; someone who pays attention to both what is said and perhaps unsaid.
