Illuminating Soul Path and Purpose

“A world filled with those who know the truth of “who they truly are”, expressing their unique God given gifts as their life purpose, is a world that knows only peace.”

Our mission is to nurture, reveal, and be the light of Truth and Unity for all who seek its peace.

At The Anam Cara Foundation™ we offer guidance to discovery of the Authentic Self through illumination of your soul path and purpose in life. Your Authentic Self is your true identity. It is who you discover you are once all false beliefs you hold about yourself have been cleared away.

1.  You are completely responsible for your life.

2.  Your thoughts create your reality.  You possess the full creative power of the Universe when you co-create your experience in partnership with Spirit.

3.  Everyone has a “story”.  You have the power to heal your life and the absolute right to be the creator of your own “story” – to define and express who you are.

4.  You have the ability to create the life you choose through intention combined with desire and emotion.

5.  You come into this life with spiritual gifts, talents, and abilities.  You are meant to know and share these gifts, talents, and abilities as your life mission.

6.  The Authentic Self is who you are when you are in alignment with your passions, your purpose, and your vision.

7.  Your Authentic Self is an expression of who you are, not what you do.

8.  “IT’S ALL GOD”.  You live in a Universe of duality.  Nothing is inherently “good” or “bad” until you decide it is “good” or “bad”.  Wholeness means loving and accepting all of who you are, even the parts you do not like.

9.  Life is all about balancing the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of your self, and integrating them as One.

10. Everyone has a “balance point”.  This is your natural cycle for energizing and expressing who you are.  Your feelings will always tell you when you are in harmony or out of balance.

11. Life experience elicits emotions.  Your personal power comes from the choices you make about what meaning you give to your emotions.  These are what you call your “feelings.”

12. All systems experiencing growth must experience change as part of that growth.  Chaos is a natural part of growth for a healthy system.
