My Authentic Self: A Declaration from the Heart
“My Authentic Self:
A Declaration from the Heart” is a program that can be done as
a one- day (condensed) or a two-day (expanded) program.
On Day 1 Jay and Wendy
will assist you in your exploration of the path to revelation of the
Authentic Self beginning with powerful healing processes. An essential
part of the discovery of Authentic Self involves healing your core issues
and giving yourself permission to “rewrite” your story,
thus reflecting the Truth of “who you are”. The experiential
work and interactive processes in this program will give you tremendous
insight into how the significant people and events in your life have
shaped your current beliefs and behavior patterns. These processes will
assist you in healing your core issues, allowing you a new perspective
from which you can create a belief system (a new “story”)
which is supportive of the Truth of “Who You Are”.
On Day 2 Jay and Wendy
will assist you in writing a Personal Declaration, which will include
a statement of the mission, vision and purpose of your life and the
intentions that will allow you to manifest them in your experience.
In this program you will answer, with great clarity and personal power,
the questions “Who am I, really?” What do I truly want?
What is my purpose in life? and “What are my intentions?”
Whether you choose the one or two-day program, you are offered an opportunity
for profound life transformation in a loving, gentle, and nurturing
environment.
